Queu only collects the information reasonably needed to help support your request and operate the service.
What Queu collects. Queu may collect your name, email address, phone number, screenshots, uploaded images, device details, issue descriptions, browser information, and communication history related to your support request.
How Queu uses your information. Your information is used only to review, organize, respond to, and support your request. Information may also be used internally for operational logging, fraud prevention, service improvement, analytics, and maintaining the safety and stability of the platform.
Security and storage. Queu uses Microsoft infrastructure, protected systems, and limited-access workflows to store and process support requests. While reasonable safeguards are used, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Payments. Payments are handled through Stripe. Queu does not store or directly access your full payment card information. Payment processing is subject to Stripe’s own privacy and security policies.
Analytics and cookies. Queu may use privacy-focused analytics tools and cookies to understand traffic, improve performance, monitor site reliability, and improve the user experience. These tools are not used to sell your personal data.
Queu does not sell your data. Queu does not sell personal information or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention and deletion. Support records may be retained for operational, compliance, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion of your information by contacting Queu directly.
Text Messages. If you opt in to SMS communication during your intake Queu may send you text messages related to your support request only. Your phone number is used only for this purpose. Queu does not share your phone number with third parties for marketing. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Queu.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Queu does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. This applies to all users regardless of your state of residence.
State of Operation. Queu is operated by an individual based in California, United States. All data is processed and stored within the United States.
Your Privacy Rights. Depending on where you live you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights vary by state. If you are a California resident the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you specific rights including the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
Residents of other states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Florida may have similar rights under their state's privacy laws.
