Remote guidance. Queu provides remote guidance based on the information you provide. I cannot physically inspect your home, wiring, equipment, outlet, router, modem, device, or surrounding conditions.

AI-assisted internal routing. Queu uses automated systems and AI-assisted tools internally to help classify, organize, and route requests. All customer responses are reviewed and delivered by a human operator. AI does not respond to customers directly.

No guaranteed fix. Queu does not guarantee that an issue will be resolved. Some problems require your internet provider, the manufacturer, a local technician, a licensed professional, replacement equipment, or hands-on service.

No physical repairs, installation, or electrical work. Queu does not provide hands-on repair, wiring, wall mounting, outlet work, breaker work, Ethernet runs, hardware replacement, PC builds, device teardown, or anything that requires physical access to your home or equipment.

Out-of-scope systems. Queu does not support password resets, account recovery, MFA, banking, payments, financial apps, medical systems, legal systems, government systems, managed work or school devices, security systems, locks, alarms, or anything unsafe, illegal, or outside basic home tech guidance.

Stop if anything seems unsafe. If you notice sparks, burning smells, unusual electrical noises, exposed wires, frayed cords, loose outlets, liquid damage, overheating, bulging batteries, scorch marks, broken glass, sharp plastic, or anything that feels unsafe, stop immediately and contact a qualified professional or emergency services if needed.

You choose what steps to follow. Any guidance provided by Queu is informational. You are responsible for deciding whether a step is safe and appropriate for your device, home, comfort level, and situation.

Liability limit. Queu is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party losses, including device damage, data loss, service interruption, provider charges, missed appointments, lost time, or replacement costs. Queu’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
