Acceptable Use

Queu is designed for common home technology issues. Not everything is supported.

What Queu helps with. Common home tech issues like WiFi problems, slow devices, connection issues, basic home network troubleshooting, and safe starting steps for personal home equipment.

What Queu does not help with. Queu does not help with passwords, account recovery, MFA, banking, payments, financial apps, medical systems, legal systems, government systems, adult or explicit content, drugs, vaping, alcohol-related tech, weapons, regulated equipment, minors, illegal activity, harmful activity, or anything unsafe.

Accounts, passwords, MFA, and sensitive systems are out of scope. Queu may point you back to the official provider, app, bank, school, employer, government agency, or manufacturer, but it will not help bypass access controls, reset sensitive accounts, recover accounts, defeat MFA, or work around security protections.

Limited support for some devices. Smart home devices, cameras, CCTV, webcams, doorbells, locks, security systems, appliances, thermostats, car tech, unusual gadgets, and similar devices may only be checked for basic WiFi or connectivity issues. If the issue goes beyond safe basic guidance, you may be directed to the manufacturer, service provider, installer, or a qualified professional.

No physical repairs, installations, or managed devices. Queu does not provide hands-on repair, wiring, electrical work, wall mounting, hardware replacement, PC building, Ethernet runs, on-site work, or anything requiring physical access to your home or equipment. Queu also does not support work, school, government, or otherwise managed devices.

Safety always comes first. If something looks or feels unsafe — heat, sparks, burning smells, unusual electrical noises, exposed wires, frayed cords, loose outlets, liquid damage, scorch marks, bulging batteries, broken glass, sharp plastic, or anything concerning — stop immediately and contact a qualified professional or emergency services if needed.

Misuse is not allowed. You may not use Queu for fraud, harassment, stalking, surveillance, unauthorized access, bypassing security, harming devices or networks, collecting someone else’s information, or anything illegal or abusive.

When something is out of scope. Queu helps with safe starting steps. If something is outside that scope, you will be pointed in the right direction instead of receiving a guess, workaround, or risky instruction.

Queu is for basic home tech guidance only. If your issue falls outside this scope, the right move is to stop and contact the appropriate provider, manufacturer, service provider, emergency service, or qualified professional.
